Perched above Harbour Island’s magnificent Pink Sands Beach, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom home designed by the award-wining design team consisting of de la Guardia Victoria Architects and Urbanists and Lindroth Design Company fuses the classic elements of Caribbean-Colonial style with modern technology and conveniences. In addition to a living room, there are two oversized covered terraces for entertaining and relaxing. Each terrace is connected to the living area, to provide seamless indoor and outdoor living.

Lily Pad employs an inverted floor plan to maximize views. The Kitchen, Great Room, and Master Suite which has a king-sized bed and private bathroom, are all on the second floor. The ground floor houses two guest suites with king-sized beds and their own bathroom, one guest suite with two twin beds that can be configured to a king-sized bed if required, a living area, bathroom and laundry room. There is also a spacious patio surrounding a private swimming pool, and one of the world’s best beaches is just steps away.

  • RESIDENCE POLICIES

    Rates are subject to 10% gratuity and 7.5% VAT. Tax and Service are subject to change without notice.

     

    Minimum stay of four nights; seven night minimum during Peak Season. A Saturday to Saturday booking is preferred during Peak Season.

     

    50% Rental Deposit, and $10,000 Security Deposit required upon booking. Rental balance due 60 days prior to check-in. Cancellations  made on/before 60 days prior to arrival will receive 100% Rental deposit refund; on/before 30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% Rental deposit refund; and less than 30 days prior to arrival will receive 0% Rental Deposit refund.  (Note: All reservations in Peak Season have a 60-day cancellation policy.) The Security Deposit will be refunded in full if the reservation is cancelled at any time prior to the check-in date.
