Stephane Courseau, the man behind famed Le Bilboquet restaurants in New York and Dallas, brings his distinctive vision to dining at The Dunmore. His ability to create a memorable environment that reflects the essence of its locale makes him renowned in the industry.

Executive Chef, Emilio Avila has worked alongside Stephane Courseau since the opening of Le Bilboquet in Dallas. Chef Emilio brings the best of our charmed setting to our menu, making the restaurant at The Dunmore a true, culinary destination on Harbour Island.

Our restaurant is open to the public for lunch and dinner. Dinner reservations are required. A credit card is required to secure reservations. Failure to honor your reservation will result in a forfeiture of $50 per person.

For dinner, we recommend pants for men through Memorial Day. Shorts are acceptable during the summer months.

Guests dining with children under the age of 9 must be seated by 6:30 pm.
